Injured athletes: mind–body therapies for pain

Injured competitive athletes are invited to participate in a study evaluating the effectiveness of a brief mindfulness meditation or clinical hypnosis intervention for improving pain responses and stress reactivity. Participation will take approximately 5 hours and you will be compensated $100 for your time.

Uninjured athletes: mind–body therapies for optimising wellbeing

Uninjured competitive athletes are invited to participate in a study evaluating the effectiveness of a brief mindfulness meditation or clinical hypnosis intervention for addressing burnout and optimising wellbeing. Participation will take approximately 7.5 hours and you will be compensated $150 for your time.

What's impacting your back pain?

Help researchers understand how back pain impacts day-to-day-life. Over 3 months, answer simple daily questions about your back pain and wear a smartwatch to track physical activity and sleep.

Help find a way to control fat and improve metabolism
