The University's staff represents both its greatest resource and its largest investment. Our workforce underpins all that we do across learning, discovery and engagement. It is important that the expectations placed on staff are supported and managed in a culture that has excellence and opportunity at its core.
The fundamental objectives of the HR function across the University are to develop and implement policies, procedures and practices for the successful recruitment, retention, promotion and development of high quality staff; to assist managers to lead and manage their staff to achieve the University's objectives and support the effective implementation of change across the University.
