The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® is now available for UQ staff.

What is Triple P?
The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® is a parenting and family support system designed to prevent – as well as treat – behavioural and emotional problems in children and teenagers. It aims to prevent problems in the family, school and community before they arise and to create family environments that encourage children to realise their potential. It aims to equip parents with the skills and confidence they need to be self-sufficient and to be able to manage family issues.
Triple P sessions are regularly run at St Lucia campus, and can be accessed by UQ staff. facilitated by an accredited psychologist from the UQ Parenting and Family Support Centre (PFSC). The programs have been tailored into a variety of formats. Supervisor approval to attend the programs is required, as they are generally conducted in core work time.
How can I access the program?
Details of available programs are below, including registration links. As the program is conducted during work hours, please ensure you have supervisor approval for attendance prior to registration. Please note that this is a service to staff and not a research study.
