Progress in negotiations continues to be made with several clauses discussed, and the new on-line academic workload tool demonstrated.

  •  Unsatisfactory Performance: some minor changes are being finalised.
  • Organisational Change: the University has proposed a more detailed consultative process at the commencement of the change process but without a formal review committee. This is still being discussed.
  • Outsourcing: various amendments are under consideration.
  • Individual Flexibility:  the University is seeking to propose increased opportunities for staff to have flexible options in their employment arrangements. Negotiations are ongoing.
