In order to assist users with using MyAurion a number of quick reference guides and demonstration videos have been created. These guides and videos are accessible from the MyAurion & Timekeeper User Information page.

To coincide with the launch of MyAurion next Tuesday 26 July, additional MyAurion and Timekeeper seminars will be held at the St Lucia campus next week. Registration is not required; staff can attend a seminar that suits their needs.

Please note:

  • The MyAurion seminar will focus on how to complete common MyAurion functions. For example, how to apply for leave, update bank details and update emergency contacts. Questions are welcome during the seminar
  • The Timekeeper seminar is aimed at casual employees and supervisors and will focus on how to complete a Timekeeper form and submit it for approval. Questions are welcome during the seminar.
