Workplace Relations, Diversity & Organisational Change comprises of :

Employee Relations

Provide strategic advice and support to senior executives, managers and staff on employment conditions, organisational change, enterprise bargaining and the interpretation and application of policy, industrial legislation and instruments.

ATSI Employment

Provide support, advice and guidance in the recruitment and retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Staff within the University.

Continuing Appointments & Promotions

The Continuing Appointments and Promotions section provides central advice and support for the following: promotion for academic Levels B to D and Professorial level, academic continuing appointment and the appointment of Adjunct and Honorary Professors.
