What types of access are available?

Occupational Health and Safety Division employees are able to select from two levels of access

  • OH&S Division - View only
  • OH&S Division - Update Licence

Who can approve this level of access?

Both types of OH&S Aurion access must be approved by the:

  • Deputy Director, OH&S Division
  • Director, OH&S Division

You will also be required to complete an Employee Confidentiality Declaration form.

What will I be able to do in Aurion?

The OH&S Division - View only access will allow you to view the following HR information for all employees within the University:

  • Personal Details
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Placement details (current and historical)
  • Leave balances and occurrences

OH&S staff will also be given access to generate Aurion Staff General Reports. These include:

  • Organisation and position reports
  • Licences report
  • Leave reports
  • Placement and staff reports

The View only access also provides the Aurion profile to view staff reports on UQ Reportal (Business Objects). 

The OH&S Division - Update Licence access will allow you to view the following HR information for all employees within the University:

  • Personal details
  • Placement details (current and historical)
  • Licence information
  • Service history

This access also allows OH&S staff to update the following information:

  • Update employee licence information
  • Update OH&S Flags for employees

OH&S staff will also be given access to generate Aurion Staff General Reports. These include:

  • Organisation and position reports
  • Licences report
  • Leave reports
  • Placement and staff reports
